Super 8 By Wyndham St. Cloud Motel, Saint Cloud

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice and quiet but unfortunately quite filthy. On the bright side, the room was spacious, but there was an odd plastic bag around the smoke alarm. The service started off very pleasant and helpful but soured a bit with attitudes on subsequent nights. Despite that, the staff was accommodating to special requests, going above and beyond when needed. The location wasn't the best overall but was decent for accessing the surgery center and had friendly and helpful features. The dining experience, although basic, had its positives with affordable options but lacked diabetic-friendly choices. The hotel's facilities were overall satisfactory, meeting basic needs. Price-wise, there were some good deals in my stay, with value for money spotted in certain areas.

The hotel had some drawbacks like rooms showing signs of wear and tear with dirty sheets and unpleasant odors. However, the service was exceptional with helpful and respectful staff attending to cleaning needs diligently. The location was convenient, although some cleanliness issues were noted.
